BREAKFAST REVIEW.June 3, 2020, 10am. (All day breakfast served)Seating was perfect. We had a party of 8 and due to Covid-19 restrictions we were given the option of sitting inside at separate tables or outside together. We chose to sit outside. They have fans that keep the air moving and a nice ocean breeze makes an otherwise warm morning feel very comfortable. You can see the ocean waves and pool from the outside.Server was amazing. It was a slow morning and she took care of us. She accommodated every request we had without issues.Food was great! I ordered steak and eggs and they cooked the steak to perfection. The meats are definitely cooked over an open flame which adds to the flavor. Mostly everyone else had the omelets and they all said it was amazing. Portions were generous and some shared a plate and felt full.Price is very good considering the location. Kids menu ranged $5 - $7. Regular menu $7 - $16.

Horribly slow service. Food was not quality for prices paid. Mac n cheese side was obviously Kraft mac n cheese from the box with shrimp added. Ordered BBQ special and it was smothered in an awful sauce. One also got tacos on flour tortillas. They sat under the light so long that they were not edible. Crispy and falling apart. Seafood fettuccini was floating in butter. The only entre' that was any good was the stuffed avocado. One in our party never got his meal. When they finally brought it we were all done. Took his to go and he took one bite. It was an awful, mushy burger. No offer to comp anything! Should have at very least comped the one to go. And be aware, they charge for refills on sodas. So sad. So much potential. Place wasn't even busy. Maybe 4 tables with diners. Never again. One and done.

Great atmosphere, can sea the ocean, located inside a hotel. Food was good, decent size portions.

We had a wedding breakfast here and it was great ! We had reservations. They weren't busy but I think more people need to know about this place. The servers were friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. I had the blackened chicken eggs Benedict and I have to say it was delicious! I'm one who seasons everything extra but this dish was perfectly seasoned. Super fantastic ! Our table ordered quite a variety of foods and EVERYONE was happy! The migas looked great and everyone raved about them. I'll try those next time for sure. The grits were served runny style like cream of wheat in a big bowl. They were a hit too. I heard great things about the French toast too. The view here is amazing ! It overlooks the hotel pool and beach too. We didn't stay here but will check it out. It looks very nice. The server told us they have buffets on the weekend that sounded spectacular. A definite "off the beaten path" surprise restaurant.

Food is great and great environment. First time here at this hotel and will definitely be our Go To place from now on.

My wife and I went last night for the Mexican buffet.... The food was great and the service was excellent! Patty was our server... She gave us the best service on the Island since we moved back here...

I decided to get the buffet. The salad was fresh and delicious. But to are disappointment everything we had was bland and greasy. For how big this hotel is i am upset they wouldnt put more effort into there food.

Beautiful view of the ocean from table! We got to walk a path from dining room straight to the ocean beach. We had the breakfast buffet, it was wonderful! Perfect for brunch! Staff was very attentive without being suffocating, loved it!

Outside porch dining. Crab salad Stuffed avocado is amazing. So was the ceviche.

Went here for both breakfast and dinner. Both times it took quite a longtime to get any food despite the place being empty. Food was mediocre, and be careful of getting any add-ons. Ordered a lemonade for kids and was charged $4.75. 2 slices of bacon was $5.

Good good and a great view! The only reason I rated lower is that we lost power during our stay. ATM down, no credit card machine. Literally the only kitchen open for almost a mile and they wouldn't do room charges. Service could have been better.

We went for the Friday night seafood buffet and the food was good. For $26.99 it was good, but it wasn’t the best. I would go again as the food was still pretty good

Great food, great atmosphere and fabulous view of the Gulf of Mexico. Four stars as waiter was distracted by who knows what, so service wasn't as good as it should have been. Desserts are super!

Order was an hour late, all of our stuff came from a box (shrimp Mac and cheese is probably great value and came with 2 shrimps), nachos were just a burnt mass with dry chicken and other was beef with missing sides, steaks were cold AND overcooked so it was sitting under a heat lamp, chicken in the Alfredo was dry and cold as well, dessert was Marie calendars. You're paying for overpriced boxed BS.

For breakfast I’d rather go to Denny’s. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you like your eggs soaked in oil. Dinner was much better than breakfast.

Good food great service

This was the worst resturant on the island. We had a party of 6 and there was no one in the entire restaurant. The staff of 3 could not keep our waters filled. They forgot my 12 year olds entire meal then proceeded to take over an hour to bring it to him. Do not eat here.

I was a littler nervous to eat here because hotel food is not always good- but is ALWAYS overpriced. That was not the case at Windjammers. There were so many things on the menu that looked amazing it took me a while to choose. Our waiter Mario was so great, and attentive and helped me by recommending what to eat (the stuffed avocado) and it was soooo refreshing and tasty. My 3 year old son got the chicken alfredo and my husband participated in their seafood buffet. The boys both loved their meals and are they are snoring as I type lol. The prices were soooooo reasonable for a resort, we were pleasantly surprised. I can't wait to try breakfast in the morning!!!

Last minute choice for Christmas Day buffet proved to be a good choice. Buffet items were traditional holiday fare, tasty and plentiful. Though the restaurant was full, staff encouraged us to use the bar area. Bar staff was fairly quick and checked on us often. We will return to try the menu.

Best of the Best. Great food, beautiful ambiance and best of all, top of the line service.

Peacefull place to have dinner.

Friendly service but very slow to get food and wine. Waiter was polite and attentive so I'd say that it was a kitchen/bar issue rather than him. Entree was good when it finally arrived.

It's beautiful and Monday night taco buffet is the bomb
